Before running The Method, I spent over a decade working directly inside the MLS — not as an agent, but as part of one of the largest boards of Realtors in the United States. I operated the infrastructure that agents rely on every day without ever thinking about it.
That role gave me something most agents never get: an operational view of how listings move through the system at scale. Not a handful of my own deals — thousands of listings every week, across every neighborhood and price tier. How they're priced. How they get corrected. What patterns repeat. Why certain listings expire and others don't. You don't learn that from selling houses. You learn it from watching the whole market work.
When I moved into production in June 2024, I didn't guess. I applied what I already knew. The result was millions in closed volume — most of it on properties other agents had already failed with.
Expired listings are where I started — but opportunity doesn't live in one category. The work runs wider: sellers, buyers, investors, land, multifamily, commercial. Different entry points. Same outcome.
